This policy describes how Ayumi ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your personal information. Ayumi is operated by Grace Tenorio ("we," "us," or "our").
When you create an account and use Ayumi, we collect the following information:
We do not collect location data, device identifiers, payment information, health data, or browsing history.
Your data is used exclusively to provide the App's features — showing your schedule, storing your attendance log, and displaying your class history. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase on Amazon Web Services (AWS), US East region (N. Virginia, USA). All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Only you can access your data through the App. Grace Tenorio, the developer, has administrative access to the database for the purpose of operating and maintaining the App. No other individuals or organizations have access to your data.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time (see below).
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the App: go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Your email address, name, class history, and notes are removed entirely.
Ayumi is not directed at children under 13. Ayumi is operated by adults, including parents who use the app to record training information on behalf of their child. Children do not create accounts or use the app directly.
When a parent enters a child's information — such as the child's name or belt rank — this data is submitted by the parent as the account holder and remains under their full control. It can be permanently deleted at any time via Profile → Delete Account.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
